As a solopreneur with a penchant for adapting to new technologies, I have embarked on diverse career transitions over the years. From 2007 to 2014, I worked as an IoT design consultant in the Mexican oil industry with Silocom de Mexico, focusing on connecting instrumentation infrastructures to remote networks using 2G, 3G cellular, or satellite technology like Globalstar or Iridium. Following this, I ventured into automating chemical injection processes in Texas oil wells until 2023 with Globalquimica Partners. Currently serving as associate AI R&D at Eccel Ingenieria in Colombia, my enthusiasm for blockchain, artificial intelligence, and state-of-the-art technologies sparked in 2017, leading me to undertake over 300 courses that commenced in 2018 and continues currently. These courses encompass the latest advancements in vector database technologies and RAG systems. As of now, I am left with only three courses to complete my specialization in Mathematics for Data Science and Pinecone Vector Database. I have nearly 60 GitHub repositories, which include a variety of forked, open-source, and proprietary projects, for analysis purpose. My two last projects were: Anomaly detection in electric motors using Edge AI technology with STM32 microcontrollers (I am selling it), and an AI lawyer bot with a specialized knowledgebase for SBIR grant applications for Cytorex Inc. These successful projects, completed in the last 12 months, highlight my recent achievements in AI technology and problem-solving expertise. With the aid of GitHub Copilot, my productivity has soared up to 10X, I spend 90% of my time analyzing code and only 10% writing it. Proficient in Spanish, English (C1), and some Brazilian Portuguese, I am open to freelance opportunities, side projects, troubleshooting tasks, part-time roles, or specific projects, either through my company or as an individual.
